Dr. Dill pickle

My job was the historian and I took pictures. My pictures were of the four other projects I chose. I chose lexis sea scene ,and Riley's spaceship, and Morgan's volcano. I also chose Emily florezs volcano and dinosaurs. I wrote some facts about them on four different sheets of paper along with a few sentences.

Dr.LR

I had to help someone with their project and write a paper over it. We decided to do it over his 4 dogs and there wasn't much change over the period of time. they all just eat dry dog food and scraps.

Dr. William

I'm was to take pictures that was the job I was given. So I took a picture of my cardboard boat. It has lots of duct tape and that why I think it will float. Me and Moragen took a long time on it and will hope it floats
My job was the historian. I had to take pictures of other people's projects. My favorite was Emily Flores's project she had built a volcano. Dr. Fatman56

Lance's Googleologist project

I followed Lance around as he was asked questions and answered them as scientifically as possible. He chose only a number of questions he was asked to use as part of his final presentation. I helped him by reading over his questions and helping him answer them.

News reporter

To become a news reporter you must be blue to talk in front of a camera. You also need to be entertaining and make people want to watch you. You also need to be able to think on your feet. You must be able to read the script off a card or notes on your desk efficiently.

Some news reporters have to write their own script for there own story's they come up with. To get a job of a news reporter you must get a lot of air time. All news reporters are required to be on tv at least once in his/her career. The information you give or talk about must be true or accurate. If you are a weather reporter your report has to be at least 90% true.

Hypothesis v. Theory v. Law

Hypothesis, Theories, and Laws are three different, but related things. You start with your hypothesis. With enough evidence, that hypothesis can become a theory. Then, if your theory is proven enough times and there is no other possible way, your theory can be made a law. A hypothesis is an idea. A theory, well, it's an idea that has enough evidence to back it up. A law is a fact that came from a theory.
Take the Law of Gravity for example. Isaac Newton didn't just know this was true. He saw an apple fall and that made him wonder why it fell exactly. So, he made a hypothesis that there was some type of force pulling things toward the ground. He did his research, conducted a few experiments, and once his work became a reliable source, it became a theory. A theory that something like gravity was pulling things toward the center of the earth. After we knew for certain that there was a force, and there was no other explanation, a law was formed; the Law of Gravity.
